Charming private home, well located with easy access to main main Highways, medical center, NRG Stadium and the luxurious Galleria Mall. The property can accommodate up to 12 people with a spacious well equipped kitchen, roomy dining room and a living area.
Very Nice Covered patio with a BBQ and a sitting area in the backyard to relax at the end of the day.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, cozy living area with a cable TV and Wifi Internet network, Large dining area and a charming back yard with BBQ for our Guest to use. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, utensils, plates and basic seasonings.
Guest access:
Guest has access to the entire property including a full kitchen and two full baths and a spacious back yard equipped with a gas grill for BBQ. Wifi network open to all guest with high speed internet and 2 smart TV's in living area and in Master bedroom. The backyard is gated for the security of our guests and a code to open it will be given upon booking prior to arrival.
Guest interaction:
The access to the property is by using a virtual key with a Smart phone. The owner will be available at Guest needs and request during Business Hours. We will be available 24/7 for any Emergencies.

Summary: 4 ladies from PA came to Houston for a Rotary International Convention. We drove to the convention center each day which was fairly simply and most of our interactions were in that part of the city. The house was a nice refuge to come back to after a long day. The beds were comfortable the kitchen was great. Maybe adding some hangers in the closet and the lighting in the master bathroom is a bit dull. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Thank you!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood was nice and the kids enjoyed the ice cream truck that drove through in the evenings. We would stay here again.

Summary: Home has a hotel feel, not cluttered, but had everything we needed. Location was close to the NRG stadium, about 15 minutes or so, which is why we chose this home. Went out for food and wasn’t impressed with the area the home is in, but that has nothing to do with the owner. Definitely didn’t want to get lost in this area. Lol! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Thank you.

Summary: It was such a great place to stay at on our trip! The house already looked good in the pictures but it looked so much better in person! It fitted all of our needs and provided more than enough for our stay. Mr. Yaniv also made it super easy to communicate with him and gave clear instructions for our check in and check out processes! As well as making sure we had a great stay! All in all it was an amazing property and would recommend it to anyone needing a place in Houston!!

Summary: This place had everything we needed for an extended weekend stay. Bed was comfortable, wifi was amazing, place was spotless. Loved that it was dog-friendly was a closed backyard. Only thing I would suggest would be if you bring your dog to have it on leash in the backyard or make sure it’s well behaved. The neighbors have a large dog outdoors that isn’t friendly. Our dog stayed away from the fence when she was out so there were no issues.

Summary: The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean and perfect for our short stay. One of the pictures was a bit misleading as there was a bunk bed in the 3rd room but we made it work. Short drive to NRG Stadium which made it easy on everyone.
