5 STAR reviewed property, meticulously maintained. 3,100 Sq Ft 4 bedroom guard gated golf course community home with resort style backyard with 2 outdoor sitting areas plus outdoor tv.
Fully stocked kitchen boasts brand new Kitchen Aid Commercial Line stainless steel appliances, plus an additional beverage center with wine fridge and beverage fridge. Brand new flatware, dishes, and cookware. Nespresso coffee maker, toaster oven, and all the utensils you'll need!
All bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and starter toiletries. Pool towels as well.
Master suite alone is nearly 500 sq ft and includes bathroom with double shower and jacuzzi tub, huge walk in closet, beautiful 4 post king bed, couch with chaise, and work desk.
Second bedroom has queen bed. Third bedroom boasts a triple decker bunk with full bed in the middle and twin bed on top and twin under in trundle. Perfect for kids. 4th bedroom has two twin beds and flat screen tv.
Direct TV satellite and all movie channels included, plus NFL package. Pool and jacuzzi w/ sunset mountain views, putting green, and outdoor BBQ grill. Easy to use Nest thermostat. Super fast internet and wifi of course!

Summary: Owner was super attentive to detail as abs anything that needed to be done. Pool is amazing as well as the overall place. Highly recommend for family to stay.

Summary: This property was beautiful--just as advertised. There was plenty of room, with several options for gathering (two large rooms inside, as well as an outdoor seating area) or eating (two nice, round tables inside--one large!--and an outdoor table). The kitchen was very nice and well stocked with every appliance or gadget you could need. There is a wine fridge and a beer fridge in the laundry room, as well as nice appliances in the kitchen. The yard is beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing day swimming or an evening in the hot tub. The garage is clear to park your cars, so they stay cool. The owners were very responsive to a few questions we had. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Summary: Plenty of space and a fully stocked house, this was a perfect location for a week of spring break with our 4 college-aged kids. My husband and son really enjoyed the local golf course and we took walks, loved the pool and hot tub and all the local eateries.

Summary: We had a great week staying at Eagle Mountain! Bruce was very responsive on the one minor issue we had during the week. The backyard was the perfect hangout location and the house had everything we needed for the week. We would definitely considering renting again when we come back out!

Summary: My husband and I have been snowbirds for the last 5 years and this was the best home we have ever stayed in! It was spacious and beautiful and the owner, Bruce was wonderful to work with. Fantastic back yard and pool. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Summary: Nice house and location for a quiet getaway. Golf was challenging but not overly so that newer player can’t enjoy. Pool and hot tub are very private. Kitchen has everything you need, we did a full thanksgiving meal with no issue.
