Summary: It was an absolute joy to work with Anne Marie. We loved our stay at this beautiful home. With this property, you have to remember that it is not a year round rental property, it is their primary residence, so this would not be an ideal place if you are looking to party and let loose. For a small family, it was perfect!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the rental! The area is very quiet and access to the beach made for wonderful days playing in the water. The host was very responsive in answering all our questions. The house was immaculate and had all the necessary amenities for a family stay. Location made it easy to access a variety of state parks and other sites.

Summary: The house and property were beautiful with the exception of the outdoor shower being dirty. The setting on the water is fantastic. We couldn’t have matched it had we rented a property in Cape Charles. The neighbors came over to use the beach with their kids though. Having the deer greet us each day was great, and the sunsets are beyond description!
