**You will have access to entire house and property- There will be caretakers that come periodically to care for the property. Periodically we have visitors that take pictures or walk the fields/paths. They do not have access to the home and will stay out of way of guests.**

Summary: The owners were so kind and attentive to all of our needs. The house was absolutely perfect, we all had a great time and the house made it even better. We loved the outdoor setup, the pool, just everything was perfect and next time I need a house to stay at, I’m picking this one!!! Summary: My siblings and our families were in need of a home to gather in for the holidays. This was perfect. Spacious areas to spread out, play board games, break bread, reconnect. Beautiful property to take walks on. When we had questions, there was immediate attention and even a personal walkthrough of the home. We had a lovely visit!! Thank you!!

Summary: This property exceeded all expectations. It was perfect for our group of thirteen. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together, as well as plenty of space to have their own quiet time if desired. The property was very beautiful and quiet. We had a great time and would definitely come back!

Summary: The land is beautiful and very well maintained. The house is enormous and very accommodating. We had 19 guests including kids and babies and there was plenty space for everyone to have fun and be loud without worrying about napping kids. Some of the furnishings are dated but it fit the farm house theme, and everything worked well. We had several special requests and the hosts were very quick to respond and accommodate us.

Summary: We hosted our daughter's 100 person wedding reception at the estate. Mark/Aileen and Eddie (Bauer's Catering) were very accommodating and beyond helpful while we were coordinating with the vendors we needed to make our event a success. Mark was kindly willing to give us a tour of the grounds and house before the event to help us plan - and the history lesson during was very interesting too! We stayed at the estate a total of 3 days, and our experience was amazing! Mark allowed us to have the tent vendor setup a few days before our event, so we only had to set up our decorations. The party went off without a hitch and all of our guests loved exploring the grounds. Mark allowed us to host a pig roast, which was the talk of the event. The 20 people in the wedding party stayed at the house the whole weekend, and we were all able to hike the beautiful grounds and enjoy a bonfire by the pond. The house was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance we could need and more than enough utensils (plates/cups/silverware/etc) for everyone staying at the house. We reached out to Mark before booking and explained the event we were hoping to host - and we highly recommend anyone looking to host an event do the same: we were charged a reasonable event fee, signed a contract to protect both parties, and Eddie helped us figure out event insurance and find/coordinate with tent, table/chair, and porta potty rental companies (the house and septic system can't support a large event inside but the grounds are more than enough). We expected a hectic morning day-of getting everything set-up ourselves but they helped make the party-day as stress-free as possible. We loved our stay and highly recommend it for both large events and intimate getaways. Thank you Mark, Eddie, and Aileen for helping make our daughter's wedding dreams come true!

Summary: We rented this amazing property for a small bachelorette property and it was absolutely perfect. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the home is very spacious. We had 12 adults and there was a lot of room to spare. The pool area was perfect for a summer barbecue and we had fun just exploring the stunning grounds. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be returning here for future gatherings!
