Formal dining room and formal living room offers tray ceilings. Home is tiled throughout living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Enjoy beautiful Florida weather and all your family activities in the spacious pool and large screen lanai overlooking fenced back yard. Home is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods of Cape Coral with quick access to most of your daily needs....pharmacies, banking, groceries, fuel, dining and water front activities.

The home is 20 minutes from Punta Gorda airport and 40 minutes from Fort Myers airport.
-Have a boat? Bring it along - the Burnt Store boat ramp is less than 1 mile away and offers access to the Salt Water canals that lead to the Gulf.
-If it's beaches that you crave - Ft Myers beach is a 40 min drive, and Sanibel Island is a 55 min drive. Port Charlotte area has several nice beaches and is 35 min away.
-Island shopping can be found on Matlacha Island and it is less than 5 minutes away.
-Pine Island is a 15 min drive and offers wonderful water-front dining and some of the best fishing in the area.

Summary: We love staying at this property! The 4th time here and it did not disappoint. Home has everything our family needs. Plenty of space for the 7 of us, well stocked kitchen, great pool area, safe quiet neighborhood.

Summary: This is a great home away from home. Had everything we needed. Shopping close. With the pool we had our daughter,son-in-law and granddaughter over to enjoy. We also had her 1st birthday gathering there. We really enjoyed our stay. Good communication with owner.

Summary: Disappointed with owners car in garage for the 5 weeks. There are so many amenities listed hard to see them all in listing. Pool was 68 when we arrived neighbor came over found main breaker kicked out, took 5 days to get to 80. Owner said could raise to 88 for $10 per day. The book on desk said pool at 88 winter months and that info was out dated and non negotiable per owner. The cleaning people not doing too good job under beds and couch mess. There were 5 TVs only one with local channels others you had to use streaming. Thermometer was 70 days then 78 at night not sure why. Spent couple hours first 2 day cleaning lanai stuff hanging all over. Owner responded quick just not answers you want to hear.

Summary: We had a nice stay. The first 2 nights the neighbors had music blaring until 1 am. I'm assuming they were in a rental also. It was quiet after those nights. The house had plenty of room for my large family. The house is listed as sleeping more, but they charged extra before reaching whatever that amount is. We were charged extra for damage. I checked all the rooms before leaving and didn't see what they claim we damaged. Overall we had a nice family vacation.

Summary: Beautiful house! Well stocked with everything you need to make your travels easier.Great location to make it easier to visit our daughter her husband and our granddaughter. the communication with property manager went smoothly. Family and friends loved the pool.Even found everything we needed to spend a day at the beach. Grocery store close by. We have stayed her 3 times and will be staying her a lot more.

Summary: This home is a piece of paradise. It’s beautiful and so very clean. Feels just like home. All the beds are comfortable. There is everything we needed plus more. I have been to Florida several times and it’s been my dream for 10+ years to move there. This was my husbands second time there and because of how wonderful this home and surrounding area is he has agreed to work on moving! But until then we would definitely love to stay here every-time we come down!
