Large open kitchen adjacent to family room with fireplace where kids can play or watch TV while dinner is being prepared. Formal dining room and main floor laundry/mud room off spacious attached 2 car garage. Separated office space, and an upstairs loft where kids can do homework or watch more TV!? The primary bedroom and 2 other bedrooms are upstairs, and there's a 4th bedroom with full bathroom on the main level for guests who don't like walking upstairs. This very nicely appointed corporate rental is move-in ready complete with kitchen wares, sheets, towels utilities and WiFi. Summary: We had such an amazing time at this house! Everything about our stay was fantastic. The neighborhood is lovely, and we loved being so close to a great park for our little one. The backyard was delightful, filled with adorable little critters in the trees that kept us entertained every day. Plus, the living spaces were super spacious! The AvenueWest team was incredibly helpful and took wonderful care of us. We’d definitely give this experience a big 10/10 stars and would come back in a heartbeat!

Summary: Friendly neighborhood, all accommodations needed for a long term stay. Best part was the Av. West agency who I was in communication with for my stay. Very personable and kind contacts who were available at anytime for any questions or assistance. It truly was the peace of we mind needed while we searched for homes in the area.

Summary: We feel so lucky to have stayed here over the last four months! Sharon, the property manager, was amazing from start to finish. The property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family while our things were in storage out of state. The neighborhood is pretty, quiet, and located close to great schools and stores. Our kids loved having the loft and the big backyard, as well as being close to the neighborhood park. Highly recommend this property!

Summary: We stayed here for two months while waiting to move into our house and it was perfect! Great neighborhood location allowed us to feel settled and get to know the area. House was well-furnished and spacious so we could effectively live and work from home. Property management was wonderful throughout the stay!
