This newly renovated and styled 7 bedroom in Skokie is ready to host! The large single family home provides a central location plus all the amenties you'll need for a fun and comfortable stay. Our ninja gym in the basement is a highlight for all parties :). You have a fully stocked kitchen with 12 beds across 3 floors (3 twins, 3 queens, 4 full, 1 king, 1 sofa bed) which makes plenty of room for you to spread out. The property is located 20 minutes from Ohare Airport and 30 min from downtown!
This large and renovated home in Skokie, one of the most central neighborhoods in the chicagoland area, will give you the space and location you need!
My place is great for families with children, business travelers and groups, couples, or visiting parents/grandparents. Enjoy this 3 level single family home on a residential street, with 2 garage spaces for convenience. With plenty of yard space and nice finishes. I want you to feel like this is your home away from home.

My cleaners are professionally trained and follow a tightly regimented cleaning and sanitizing checklist. They are equipped with a full complement of professional cleaning tools and chemicals including a hospital-grade disinfectant.

- I provide coffee grounds and keurig pods as well.
- My place is FULLY STOCKED with all the amenities of home like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, sponges & Method brand hand soap and dish soap.
-The full sized kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, glasses, cutlery, sharp knives, cutting boards, baking sheets and all the basic tools like wine openers, cheese graters, vegetable peelers, pizza cutters, etc.

Summary: A dream home for a large group! We had a reunion of childhood friends now living all over the world. We could not have imagined a better place for all of us to feel at home. Our European friends were blown away by the size of it! The house is conveniently situated near a big upscale outdoor shopping mall and not far from the Lake Michigan and downtown Chicago. The picturesque Evanston where we visited the campus of the Northwestern University was a short drive away also. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated. The welcome cinnamon rolls were a special touch much appreciated by the teen in the group 🙃

Summary: The house allowed our family of 18 to be together for several days. There were several places where the adults or children could gather, although the dining table wasn't big enough for all 18 of us. The kitchen is large, as is the family room. There were enough rooms for everyone for sleeping, but the bunk beds had mattresses that were too thick, so the bars on the top bunks could not keep a child from falling out. Our family would probably return there.
