Positive: The host Nicola is always on hand via phone or in person, I only called her twice and one call was just to say how nice my stay had been ! I didn't need her in person as everything was absolutely great at the cottage. It's immaculately clean and does everything it says on the tin. I'd stay repeatedly no question. The location is very rural but this is mentioned as a massive plus not a minus. But you'll need transport to get supplies. The Malt Shovel pub is a safe country lane 10 minute walk away which provides excellent food and drink. In mid summer the sun rises over Staffordshire and wakes you if you leave your curtains open in the main bedroom. Absolute bliss. The views from that window are amazing. Outisde in the relatively large garden is a pub bench that easily seats four and is great for guests. It's so quiet there, so if you want a real place to just get away from it all don't think twice. I didn't take a dog but another massive bonus is that Goosemoor cottage is not only 'dog suitable' it's geared up for dog owners. Bowls, beds and dog treats provided. A dog friendly cottage to rent ? Now there's a thing. If I need to stay in that area again I'll be back no question, Goosemoor cottage is a little gem.
Negative: Nothing at all !
Summary: Great place to stay please read my review !

Positive: It was like stepping into home! Styled old english country with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, living area and kitchen downstairs. Everything was lovely and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with everything you would need. Loved waking up and looking out the bedroom windows at the English countryside.
Negative: It would be nice to have a small dining table to eat meals at.
Summary: Like walking into home.

Positive: The cottage was exceptionally clean and location was ideal for the purpose of our visit. The beds were super comfy.
Negative: It could have done with a dining table and chairs, my 88 year old mother struggled eating off her lap! There was room for a small table and 3 chairs.
Summary: Goose green cottage was a lovely homely cottage, in beautiful quiet countryside.

Positive: It was a cute cottage in the countryside. Quiet, comfy, very clean & had all we needed. The hosts were helpful & friendly.
Negative: The keysafe was really difficult to open but the hosts sorted it very quickly for us. The lights on the stairway didn't work but probably just needed bulbs changing.
Summary: Cute & comfy
