Positive: The room was comfy. Good location with many restaurants around. Lift worked great.

Negative: The staff were not really friendly or helpful. They refused to pack breakfast as we were going to miss it. A bit pricey for what you get.

Negative: While checking in one should be send along with the customer to introduce the facilities there For example how to operate tv..how to select hot/cold water in bathroom kettle operation AC operation etc. That was not done..Ihad only a short stay of 4 hours.So it didnot matter. Rate was on the upper side..In my ccase my stay was only for 4 hours and checked out 3pm on same day.In such cases You can give a substantial discount.Because you can rent out the room to another customer on same day

Positive: Location - withing 3 minutes walk from the train station. I arrived in the middle of the night, and after experiencing stray dogs roaming darks streets in Northern India, I was a bit worried about walking even that short distance. Unnecessarily, the street is empty but feels very safe to walk after darkness. The room was clean and well equipped.

Negative: Good South Indian breakfast but no eggs or Western coffee - would be easy to fix. Staff was quite slow and seemed uninterested.

Summary: Perfect for late arrival to, or early train from, Trivandrum.
