“Goodland By The Sea” | 4Br/2Ba fully remodeled home | W/D. Located just across the freeway from the Ritz Carlton, Bacara resort and Sandpiper Golf Course. 10 minute drive to the SB Airport or UCSB; 15 minutes to Santa Barbara North. Nearest beach (Haskell's) is a short 5 minute drive away!
The space
Goodland By The Sea is our recently remodeled 4-bedroom corner-lot home, perfectly situated on the outskirts of Santa Barbara.
The main living area combines an open floor plan with recliner-couches and chairs leading to the spacious kitchen, boasting a beautiful oversized center island that’s perfect for hanging out, eating together, or getting some work done.
The backyard offers ample space to relax or dine al fresco, and the garage features a ping pong table, surfboards, bikes and an extra refrigerator.
The Master Bedroom features a private patio space, with direct access. There is a dedicated office desk in bedroom #1, two twin beds in bedroom #2, a queen in bedroom #3 and a queen in bedroom #4.

Summary: This place was a perfect setting for our extended family to gather and enjoy the beaches of Santa Barbara while in town for our nephew’s wedding. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor dining and sitting area, plentiful towels, boogie boards, ping pong table, good beds & living area. Communication with our hosts, Will & Nancy, was always immediate & very responsive. The neighborhood is walkable, pleasant and there is a nice park nearby. We are grateful to have stayed at Goodland by the Sea!
