Positive: Lovely room. Very welcoming.. Area good. 2nd time of staying at the Good Intent. Will most definitely stay again. Convenient for visiting family and Waltham Abbey.

Negative: The only thing I would say, and it's nothing to do with The Good Intent as such. Drivers were speeding down the road, seemed to be through the night and it is a 30 mph. The road is a country road. What else can one say!
