Negative: It was really confusing - is the cafe open or closed? We ended up walking to a cafe next door but I hope we didn’t offend the host.

Positive: since we had an early tour the next morning, we kindly already got breakfast at 7:30am, amazing location right at the harbor, parking in front of the hotel,

Negative: lots of flies / mosquitos in the room (yet, there are screens in front of the windows but they do not seem to keep the insects out), toilet flushing extremely loud and cannot be used during the night without waking the other person up, walls not soundproof, limited English therefore check-in a bit of a challenge, wifi worked okayish

Positive: The room was simple but comfortable and clean, central location walking distance to absolutely everything in the village. The family who runs the place is composed of lovely people. The balcony is lovely, room is spacious. The bed was very comfortable although there was no top sheet. Appreciated the mosquito nets.

Negative: When we checked in, we weren’t told breakfast was included - the lady who was present at the time spoke very limited English. We only learned about this at the time we checked out. Since we didn’t eat any breakfast I would have expected to not be charged for it to be honest but we were charged anyway… also if you have noisy neighbours bring earplugs because the walls have no insulation, it’s like sharing a house and you can hear everything.

Summary: Most properties in the area are of similar value and location. Overall it was a pleasant stay - I would recommend it.

Negative: There were lots os mosquitos, its located at the harbour so noise starts early in the morning
