Positive: Location was good. The unit needs updating. Basic condiments for cooking would be appreciated. Patio furniture was aged, dirty and stained. The refuse area was littered with garbage that had been on the ground for many days before our arrival.Window treatments in the main living area were damaged and deteriorating with age. One smoke alarm was missing until I had to replace the smoke detector in the main living area which malfunctioned. Service personnel promptly installed two new detectors after receiving notice.

Positive: It was a quiet neighborhood that was beautiful to drive through. The condo was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we could want.

Negative: Only Teflon cooking pots/pans which meant I did not cook anything! I also didn’t do laundry because the detergent was not “free” of dyes, etc.

Summary: Nature all around us. Peace. Everything we could ask for. We can’t wait to go back!
