Positive: Fabulous location. Very good facilities. Service is great but can be a little slow sometimes.

Negative: Somewhat expensive, which raises a question mark regarding value for money. This would make me think carefully about visiting again.

Positive: Beautiful location. The hotel is at the Beach front with spa facilities. Really nice room with amazing touches. Old fashioned radio and telephone to replica 60s really nice. Copper deep bath and fabulous spa facilities

Negative: The tap in the bath didn’t work would have taken forever to fill. Also to walk to the spa you need to go through the Lou ge where people are having afternoon tea! A bit weird.

Positive: The room could have been cleaner, cobwebs around the table base, chipped shower base, apart from that the room was good, and good choice for breakfast

Negative: I got food poisoning from the prawn cocktail I had, I should have known better not to eat dodgy prawns. It was the only difference my partner and I ate, she had a different starter, we had the same main meal.You would get a better prawn cocktail at the local supermarket, however it may be the standard you serve at the restaurant.

Positive: Good position in attractive location Good active facilities. Most of the staff were helpful and friendly

Negative: Our room at rear of the hotel had an unattractive outlook. A birds nest immediately outside one of the windows with young and very noisy birds disturbed our sleep. Started at 5.30 in the morning and went on all day. In all fairness, we were asked after the first night if we wanted to change rooms but we just had too much stuff to pack up just for one other day

Positive: We used room 11 and the set a view was amazing. bed was comfortable room big bathroom was big and had a great sea view We opted for the club bar menu a limited choice but good quality. I had the highland breakfast a big playfully but enjoyable
