Negative: We had an issue with frozen plumbing to no fault of anyone but Vacasa set us up in another unit for one night so we had access to toilets and shower. Response time was outstanding!

Summary: Fabulous… didn’t want to leave.

Positive: excellent location,very comfortable property

Negative: we were given the wrong door code and had to call vacasa to get the correct code. I dont care for Vacasa's corperate attitude. They supplied only 4 rolls of toilet tissue for 2 couples for 7 days. I was told that was all they provided in our "starter kit" That is pretty cheap of vacasa when you are paying 4000.00 per week in the off season. This was a very nice property but I wouldnt rent with Vacasa again. Our exp[eriences with VRBO hosts has been much better.

Positive: Perfect location adjacent to National Park entrance. Easy access to town. Great wildlife in the neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing. Deck and grill a nice touch.

Negative: I am a hotel manager so passing on from that perspective. Get some good wine glasses. For this price they should not be thrift store mish mash. Living room rugs are a real slip hazard. Edges turned up and wrinkles. An accident waiting to happen. Master bath tile floor very slippery when wet shoes or feet. Otherwise decor was lovely and comfortable.

Summary: Fabulous location and comfortable lovely condo. Loved sitting on deck with a glass of wine.

Positive: The beds and linens were SO comfortable. Loved how dark the 2nd bedroom was. Loved the location. Loved the views.

Negative: The master got a little bright due to the windows at the top. Would love to see a crockpot added to the kitchen! Wish it was a little more affordable.

Positive: The beds were comfortable, the living area comfortable and setting was serene. Easy area to take a walk or run without lots of traffic. Great location for easily getting to GTNP or into Jackson.

Negative: Although it didn't bother us, it is near the airport. Take offs go right overhead. However, it's not a constant flow of air traffic like big cities.

Summary: Perfect for our needs!
