Positive: The condo was comfortable, development was nice and we really liked the porch and golf view. We enjoyed our time there overall except for the issues below.It is somewhat hard to rate our stay because the place we stayed vs. the communication and care we recieved were very different.
Negative: Where we checked in was not helpful or accommodating. We were given address, keys and no information about accommodations(ex how to access pool, take garbage etc).When we arrived the air conditioning was broken, lights in the kitchen weren't working, wifi password did not work and no batteries in any of the TV remotes. Maintenance did arrive at 9:45 pm after 3 calls. He was very nice but was unable to fix air and would have them send air company the next day. After 2 calls the next day they said they would look into fixing the air and would keep us notified. Never got a call but was fixed at 4:45pm. On Friday we went to the Litchfield beach facility which we were told we had access to during check in. When we arrived at the gate to the beach we're informed we couldn't access it because we booked through booking.com(after much discussion we were granted the correct pass to enjoy the beach which was very enjoyable). The issues weren't directed toward our accommodations but with the Litchfield facility and their lack of communication and follow through.

Positive: We liked the overall landscape of the community and the quiet it provided. Although we did not use the onsite restaurants, the aroma coming from Starbucks at the check in site was tempting! The front desk staff and gate keepers were all friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Negative: The internet in our unit was confusing. What is printed on the welcome info is not correct. You must use the information taped to the refrigerator door. Once we figured this out the internet connection was fine. The maintenance crew should know that the lamp at the right-hand end of the couch does not work, the switch cannot be turned on, it's frozen in place. Also, the drain in the main bathroom sink is very slow and needs attention. However, none of these issues interrupted our enjoyment of the property. Thank you.
