Positive: The caravan was nice very spacious

Negative: The beds weren't comfortable the bedding was sparce and dirty one of the pillows had something hard inside it felt I was sleeping on a brick

Positive: The service in the bar was very good, and the staff worked hard 👏 considering it was a little out of season Swimming pool & Arcade - nothing over the top just about the right size Entertainment at night was not my thing, but I went and supported each night Enjoyed the walk along to the beach, plenty of access to get along the sea front The site is well kept and clean Nice to see pride in private owners' caravans Fantastic chip shop in pensarn, Robs Fish & Chip Shop

Negative: I thought the caravan was looking very tired.. there was an underlying smell of cooked food on arrival, so I had to open all windows on vent. The TV was not tuned in, and I was only getting BBC channels. (This was fixed by the staff) I just wanted to have a bit of television while I was in the van WIndows - My husband had to clean the outside front windows as you could not see anything through them Toilet Brush - This had been left dirty in the spare toilet Upholstery - This was dirty and spillage marks all over, and I think this could have been an issue with the smell of food Would I go again, yes 🤔

Positive: Location and staff were all great. Close to the coastal path for biking and walking. Easy walk into Rhyl ( 1.15 hrs)

Negative: No mirror in 2nd toilet. No chopping board in kitchen No towel rail/hook in 2nd toilet. No bedside tables/cupboard in either bedrooms. No side lights in either bedroom. Main lights in both bedrooms too bright.

Summary: Relaxing and enjoyable few days away. Works of the sea front which will be nice once finished

Negative: Springs in bed proud stuck in my back,but I used spare duvet to lay on which helped ,no stool by mirror , to do hair no hair dryer, Main settee was badly stained so not nice to sit on ,so covered with my large bath towels, covers need a wash, or clean . Shower was good but the towel rail needs a coat of paint ,very rusty looking. But the caravan was a good width especially to move around easily with my crutches, Will be better when all the seafront is accessible, still being constructed. Staff members also gave me some advice which number to book again , Because I booked on line not realising it was a third party, the kinder older lady told me ,as I am waiting for knee replacement,in DECEMBER. ALL THE REST OF THE VAN WAS GOOD CURTAIN GOOD, AND KITCHEN PANS ,CHINA, ALL GOOD ,COOKER GOOD , WILL BE GOOD TO HAVE A PROPER DISABLED VAN WITH SLOPING ENTERANCE, AS I DID NOT REALIZE ON LINE WAS VIA SOME ONE ELSE, Who sounded good on the phone, my did not know he is not working for you, hope these things can help.
