Summary: We enjoyed our week stay at the cottage at veranda beach. It is centrally located which worked well for us. The house was stocked with plenty of dishes, towels and other items to use. We loved the screened in porch for extra seating for outdoor dining and the view from there. The beds were comfortable for the most part.

Summary: Our family and friends had a peaceful and relaxing vacation at Veranda Beach. It is a beautiful resort with great amenities, lots of green space, and a warm lake. The cottage is a great layout and had everything we needed. Adam (Host) was a strong communicator and was responsive and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues that arose. Look forward to returning!

Summary: This is the perfect location for a lazy summer get away. The lake is wonderful and the accommodation is perfect. It is so great that they allow pets - the dog had a blast! The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook… which is good because there are no options on site right now. You can rent jet skis and kayaks and SUPs at the onsite marina but be warned that the kayaks and sups are not cheap so if you can, bring your own.

Summary: This cabin was exactly what we were looking for, a place to rest and relax. The grounds of this neighborhood are immaculate, and this cabin is stocked with almost everything that you would need. So many little touches that were greatly appreciated by our family, too many to mention. Our children loved going to the pool and the lake. The adults loved having a glass of wine in the covered porch area. Our dog was right at home, and there were plenty of dog bowls, hooks for leashes, and even toys and treats. We walked the hill in the morning, and had nice moonlit walks at night, we felt so safe! We will certainly come back as soon as we can. A couple of things that I wish I knew before we came up. I wish that we had room to bring the kids' basketball, since there are hoops everywhere to play with, but no ball available to check out from the HOA (however, they do have ping pong, and the unit has a pickleball set to use) Don't forget to bring your beach chairs for the lake . There are some plastic Adirondak chairs that you might be able to bring from the unit, but we didn't have a wagon to carry them with. One of the major selling points in booking this trip for me was the onsite diner that we could walk to. The front office told me that they are closed for the season. Lastly, there is a calendar of events posted by the HOA, however we found out that the posted s'mores events were cancelled as well during our week stay.

Summary: Had a little 5 day family get together at The Lakehouse in Veranda Beach. The cottage is exactly as pictured, and exceptionally well equipped, and close to the lake. Adam is a great communicator, and responded very quickly with any questions or needs that we had. The fire pit was a bonus for the cooler evenings as well. I would definitely recommend this cottage for a stay at the resort! Thanks Adam
