Positive: I felt the need to give a lot of praise to the amazing hostel staff who hosted us for a delightful and charming experience, the hotel is surrounded by spectacular vegetation, smoking is allowed on the hotel grounds, and I would especially mention a specific manager named Mr. Sopheak who was super kind and helpful, always with a smile and a desire to help!! Highly recommend!!!

Positive: We visited the Rainforest hotel in March 2025. it is truly an amazing hotel, the facilities are great and the staff is so kind. Mr Sopheak at the reception did everything to make us comfortable, he even organised a cooking class for us at the hotel. Everytime we wanted something (a tuktuk, a taxi or some information) we asked Mr Sopheak and he made it happen. Everyone was so nice and helpful and the rooms are spacious and very clean. I recommend this hotel 100%.
