Positive: Property had everything you wanted, super clean and modern, stocked with everything you needed, you can literally walk down to the ocean and grab a beach chair in the private area reserved for guests. Fabulous beach bar with a great bartender and one of the nicest sunsets we’ve ever seen.
Negative: There is nothing to complain about here!
Summary: Artem lived up to all of his reviews as a host. He was extremely attentive and even came to brings our bags to our cars

Positive: Clean and modern, everything is there that you need, little extra touches like tissues by the make up mirror. Artem the owner is an exceptional host, no question is to big or small for him to help you with. The bar and beach access was also lovely, great sunset views.
Negative: Very very small (10 steps?) but steep slope down to property, this did not actually bother me, the property owner has thought of everything as he has a lift up/down from this area cutting out the rest of the slope.

Positive: Very modern and high standard studio apartments, location fantastic right on the beach. Service from Artem was second to none, he made us feel very at home. Apartment is at the bottom of a very steep hill - there is a lift as an alternative to going up the hill which is a god send
Negative: There was loud techno party music most of the day at the beach bar- a quieter vibe would have been nice but this is not controlled by the apartment owner and is individual taste.

Positive: Lovely apartment with many great features and amenities. The host was amazing. Throughout our stay Artem provided outstanding recommendations for dining, excursions - and sunsets!! Every interaction with the host enhanced our stay. His kindness and honest hospitality made for a wonderful stay in a modern apartment, impeccably designed and maintained. I would give a rating above 10 if it were possible!!!
Negative: Nothing to mention that wasn’t excellent.

Positive: We had an amazing time at Golden Beach Suites. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. Artem is a wonderful and attentive host, always available and ready to share great local tips that made our stay even more special. The location is unbeatable, right by the sea, with a beautiful beach and plenty of space to relax. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. On arrival, we were treated to a welcome drink at the bar, and during our stay we were even gifted a bottle of both local red and white wine. Every day, fresh water was provided, and extra coffee pads were arranged for us. Artem also checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed and that nothing was missing. These thoughtful touches and his warm hospitality really made us feel at home. This has truly been our best experience with a Booking.com accommodation that isn’t a hotel. Without a doubt, the best place to stay in Sarandë. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Positive: We had a wonderful time at Golden Beach Suites! The hotel is super clean and cozy and the hotel owner is super nice and even gave us great recommendations to enjoy Sarande. We felt very comfortable during our whole stay and definitely recommend it.

Positive: We’ve been looked after from the moment we dropped off our car to the moment we left the property. Whenever we needed something, all we had to do was send a text and it’d promptly be sorted out. Location was incredible and the place had such a cute vibe. Would definitely recommend
