Summary: Nice hotel and nice staff. Right in the gold leaf workshop district and the gold hammering was clearly heard in a room starting at 6am, but it’t super loud and it does have a nice rhythm to it so it did not stop us going back to sleep. So don’t let put you off just be aware Roof bar is nice for a sunset drink but we didn't find the breakfast good value for money. Not many food options near the hotel but tuktuks are an easy option.

Summary: Cleaning was poor. Shower is in bathroom with no separation so entire floor floods and is wet. Of setting that the staff were extremely nice.

Summary: The room and corridors are clean. Very cozy bed. Though we booked the standard room, the hotel offered Superior room on arrival for some reason without additional cost. Staff are very friendly and supportive. They speak English well too. Overall, expectations met the reality. very cost-effective stay. Definitely will come again.

Summary: First night, Wifi was not working and I had to complain (i had work to get done with large files), but staffs took it sincerely, and with professional manner explained the situation, and swiftly solved the problem on the next day. It was a good experience.
