Positive: Great location. The room was a good size and the kitchen was very well equipped. Complimentary tea is always welcome and also the space to store food. Anita and Matt were very helpful and friendly, allowing me to access my room early. The bathrooms were modern and clean.

Negative: The only things I'd recommend: it would have been nice to have a chair in the bedroom and the fridges need a really good clean.

Positive: We had 2 rooms for 4 people, and it worked out great! We had fans in both rooms which was a gamechanger during these sweltering times. The rooms were also equipped with clothes racks, bins, multipluhs, and the beds were big enough to comfortably fit 2. Loved the kitchen setup! Each room had desigated fridge space, kettle, microwave, tea etc. But the winner would be the 2 bathrooms! Beautiful and modern, easy to use, very clean. A housekeeper lived on site, and she was soo lovely as well. We booked for christmas, only couple days before trip, so for the price we paid, this hotel was amazing! The owners gave very detailed and prompt instructions on how to access the rooms and seemed very lovely!

Negative: We didn't pack any blankets/doonas and there didn't seem to be any provided, though there was a linen cupboard with some other thinner linen covers that we used instead. That would be the only feedback!
