Positive: The apartment was wonderful! It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything that one normally uses at home. The owners are on-site and are kind and generous people. We really enjoyed the decks, view toward the river, and fruit trees. This is really a lovely place.

Positive: The two hosts Sher and Doug were welcoming and friendly. They truly made us feel at home. The location was scenic, overlooking a broad valley, with several strategically placed seating areas to relax and enjoy the views and landscaping. The cottage was cozy and fully stocked. And just a few miles from stunning Gold Beach and the small town. The nearby pizza restaurant was excellent, the staff friendly. Highly recommend this gem of a quiet getaway.

Negative: A downside was the traffic noise at night. Earplugs were provided and helped.

Positive: The property is beautiful and the decor and furnishings were lovely. The host were very nice and we appreciated the welcome cheese and grapes platter and the chocolate candies too. The house has everything you need and more, the hosts thought of everything. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this property.

Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was the cabinet over the bathroom sink as we kept banging our heads on it when we washed. Everything else about the property was excellent.

Positive: This apt was a 10+! The hosts Doug and Sher were friendly and welcoming and it felt like home. The property is beautiful and there are lots of wonderful spots to sit with morning coffee or a glass of wine and enjoy the views of mountains nearby. I think they must have spent some nights there themselves, because they thought of EVERYTHING. Right down to a bowl of candy in the dining room and a surprise in the frig. This place couldn't be more cozy. We loved it!

Negative: Bit of highway noise but they thought of that too and had earplugs available if it was really a problem
