Positive: Good room. Nice design. All necessary things were in place. Just pay attention, that Getsby room doesn't have toilet and shower inside - their are located separately. For me it wasn't clear from the mobile app. And I was pretty disappointed with this fact. Desktop browser displays it more clearly.

Negative: Very noisy place. The walls were thin and I could hear everyone walking and speaking in the corridor. But the worst part were the people on the street and in the building across the street - they were listening to music loudly, speaking, laughing and screaming till late night. If you are an early bird like me, this part of the city is not the best option for you.

Positive: Location is great! The city centre is very close- 3 minutes by foot 👏

Negative: Toilet and shower are out of the room,. It's at corridor 🤔 Specially at night, you have to dress to the toilet🤔

Positive: Perfect room! The host was very nice, the heating and hot water were excellent, and the kitchen was fully equipped with free coffee provided. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Its location was ideal, within walking distance to both the train station and the city center. However, as an Asian guest, I do have one minor complaint: there were no slippers provided in the room (or maybe I didn’t find them?). Although the room had carpet flooring, the bathroom floor was bare, making it a chilly shock to step in barefoot after showering during winter. Overall, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Göttingen! A truly perfect trip!

Positive: The place is very nicely located very close to the city center and the railway station. All rooms are decorated with different themes. We had a room with a hard rock theme, which we enjoyed. The host is very helpful and a nice guy.

Positive: The apartments are close to both the train station, the university and the town center. I only walked around during my entire stay as that was the easiest. I can see that another rating mentions a shared bathroom which was NOT CORRECT. I phoned Emin immediately when I saw, and apparently the guy had stayed for only one night and caused various problems. There are NO shared bathrooms, not in my apartment and not in any of the others Emin owns so it is an unfair review in my opinion. I would absolutely stay in the apartments again because of the price, placement and the fully equipped kitchen.

Negative: I found the bed a little soft but I am a big man, so hotel beds are usually too soft for me. The sofa, however, had a perfect firmness for me.

Summary: Perfect placement, perfect value and ALWAYS with your own bathroom.
