Positive: A flexible owner that meet our need during the stay. Because of a travel timing we were not able to be punctual on our arrival. There was no problem to agree about that. The location was on an ideal position app 25 - 35 minutes from all the museums, close to Modena and not so far from the highway in all directions. The apartment was very clean, nise and comfortable with all the amenities a family need for a pleasant stay.

Positive: The apartment was easy to find, spacious and clean, had everything that we needed. The beds very comfortable. The garden is beautiful. The staff was super friendly, and very helpful with any questions, both about the apartment and about local places, things to try, etc. The complimentary tour of the family owned balsamic vinegar factory was amazing and very informative! We traveled with 3 teenage girls, they all loved the place as well.

Negative: The bed in one of the rooms supposed to be double bed but happened to be smaller bed which required us to sleep on a Sofa-Bed which is less comfortable.
