Summary: Indoor pool and hot tub were great. The house is huge and there is plenty of room for our large group to not be on top of each other the whole time. Tons of beds and bedrooms. The house had everything we needed to make meals and there were plenty of pool floats for us to use.The property manager and owner were in touch before and during the trip and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. This was really appreciated.

Summary: First I would like to say the manager of the property was great, along with location to ski hills and a beautiful outdoor setting. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper or hand soap in bathrooms. Property manager brought over right away.We knew ahead of time this home was older but we did not expect the issues we had. Front door broken and unable to lock through our entire stay.House smelled like wet dogs/cats.Fireplace unusable due to being ruled “unsafe” by house manager. Dented ping pong balls making the table unusable.No poker chips making poker table unusable. No hot water during different times of our stay.Primary bathroom shower needs an engineering degree in order to operate. Pool smelled so bad and was dirty (one child in our group got a body rash.) our kids barely used it because of this. The hot tub jets didn’t work, water wasn’t clear and we couldn’t get an accurate reading after testing it for chemicals. One of the bedroom doors was broken so owner put a rock next to it in order to close. A bedroom in basement had no pillowcases on pillows Broken toys from 1980 Bath towels haven’t been updated in years.Bunk room in basement had carpet staples sticking out, puncturing numerous guests feet. Blinds built in between the glass of patio doors were unusable blocking view of beautiful lake. Everything was dusty and dirty. We were so excited to book our annual friends/family ski trip here but unfortunately we will not be returning.

Summary: Fell in love with the place summer of 2023. Return was disappointing. I was amazed how quickly it fell into disrepair. Paint chipping. Heat wouldn't get above 58. Fireplace not working. Cracked windows taped up. Kitchen trash drawer fell apart with a gentle pull. Dishwasher not emptied. Smoke detectors dead or missing (fire code). Dead bugs. Basement: water stains, black mold in closets and main room. Floods during dishwasher cycle. Part of rotted ceiling was cut out, so clearly owner is aware. Lovely view of rotting joists. Speaking of stains, removing pillow cases and bedsheets was mortifying. Mildew on the bedsheets. Pool not heated, hot tub murky, untreated.Someone closed a bedroom door and it locked. Put code into keypad, beeped but would not throw the lock. Texted Christy (manager) but got no response. Called her, straight to voicemail. Texted Adam (owner) who gave me directions for a different style of knob. After improvising some tools we opened the door on our own.Adjacent room had the same knob. Door trim already broken, strike plate filled with tissues to keep latch from setting. Another known problem, received no warning. When Christie replied the next morning, she said we could break it and not to hesitate to reach out if we needed anything! LOL!For 3K a weekend, it's unacceptable. Put some of that money back into the place or come back to reality with your pricing. This isn't how property management works.

Summary: The house needs a lot of improvements1. The main door lock need batteries can’t lock2. One of the bathroom in the basement do not have the shower is not working 3.Power outage 4.arcade machine not working 5. But the main reason why we rent the house was the POOL WA NOT HEATED .Christy was trying to make our Trip pleasant I understand is not her fault. Adam the owner is the one who need take action in all those issues .I read previous customer reviews from one year ago and all the issues I mentioned still .

Summary: Not so easy finding a house that can comfortably accommodate 37 people with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years but this one sure did. Very spacious with so many bedrooms and beds. Obviously the pool and hot tub were the high points but there were plenty of other things to do. Christie the manager was always on the ball to answer any questions that popped up. She was very accommodating as was Adam, the owner. We all had the greatest time.

Summary: We had a great time. We had so much to do there that we didn't have to leave the property at all. The host was very kind and was available for any question. She even went out of her way to help us out with an emergency medical product we forgot to bring. We will come back and we recommend this place a lot.

Summary: Some friends decided that we should do a last minute friend family vacation. The property was perfect for multiple families. Plenty of space, amazing pool, hot tub, toys for you little, accommodating kitchen, and property manager. We would definitely go back.

Summary: The property was easy to get to, close enough to groceries and shopping centers so we didnt have to worry about keeping stock. The lake was lovely and the pool room got a lot of use. Plenty of space for our large group to spread out.

Summary: The home is fantastic. The prior guess had a large party and the home still had some areas that needed cleaning like puke on sidewalk and dirty hot tub. We loved the pool, the hot tub had some issues but I found the chemicals and got the water to clear and stop foaming.( I owned a hot tub so I know what to do) The kitchen was great, lots of Calphalon pots and everything you will ever need. The outdoor grills were both dirty and one grill was missing the gas tank. We did enjoy our stay and will recomend this home, I think the issues we had may have been just a one time thing.
