Positive: Incredible place, beautiful pool and super friendly & helpful staff.

Negative: It is on the main road, and behind are the train tracks. So it is a bit noisy at night. About a 8 km drive into Hikkaduwa town, so would highly recommend arranging a scooter for your stay, to get around.

Positive: Manuka the caretaker of the property is an angel, the best host we have had in all my 2 visits to Sri Lanka. He provided us with everything, the property is very calm and right in front of a beach, has got swimming pool and the breakfast was okay as well, overall a veryyyyy pleasant experience thanks to the host!!!

Negative: Didnt find any issues with the property at all, the beach on the front though is empty and much relaxing, has some garbage littered across.
