Positive: Easy to get to. Affordable

Negative: Wrong type of room, I paid for a pool view balcony and received a ground level view of cars. Supposed to have a grab and go breakfast. The doors were locked up tight and a noti e on the door of it being a condemned nuisance property.

Negative: We waited for like 30 minutes for them to find a room for us. Someone walked in the room due to giving the wrong key number. They didn't even check the name.

Positive: The staff and management were great! Coming from similar work backgrounds, they’re doing what they can. I just don’t think they feel safe and supported by corporate and or the community, and therefore, morale is low. It’s not in the best part of town. Got bad vibes throughout my stay. Finally, as I was getting ready to check out, the cops, guns drawn, conducted an arrest at a room. I recommend an increased police presence, and corporate working with the staff/management and the county/city to see how the staff/management can be better supported.
