Summary: Staff were amazing. We were arriving late but got held up in UK where our flight was delayed over 3 hours. The hotel phoned us to check we were ok and talked us through key collection as we were arriving after reception closed. They also sent the info by text. Hotel was further away from Copenhagen airport than we realised but staff told us next day that if we had phoned them they would have transferred us to a closer hotel. Staff on reception were so helpful and contacted car hire company next day to explain we would be a bit later. They gave my husband detailed directions on how to get to the hire company and let us check out a bit later as we were travelling with children. Could not fault their service. Room was really nice and area around hotel very pretty.

Summary: The hotel was very clean and the receptionist was amazing but sadly we booked the hotel as we had a flight to caught the next morning and needed to get some sleep as we had been traveling from a long distance but we couldn't get any sleep as it was too hot and even when we opened the windows and the fan on we still couldn't get any sleep and we all gave up on sleep and just waited to caught our flight 7am

Summary: The room was not suitable for our wheelchair user. The listing says some areas may not be accessible, so I made sure to indicate when booking that we needed wheelchair access. Although the hotel messaged me multiple times before the stay about things like reception hours and cleaning policies, I was never told there would be any issue with accessibility. However, when we arrived, our room was down five stairs and the room itself had two steps! We returned to reception to ask if we could switch to a room with level access but were told there were none available. Staff did not offer any assistance to navigate the wheelchair on the stairs. Once we finally got to our room, with a great deal of effort and discomfort, we could not leave again until the morning as it was too much work. If we had just been told in advance that we couldn’t have a level-access room, we could have made alternate arrangements. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Summary: Hotel ideally placed for my trip. Excellent service. The only negative would be the breakfast and the staff not keeping their eye on things that they had run out of potatoe, white bread for toast, scrambled eggs, sausage. Apart from that very good and I would recommend.

Summary: We cannot say enough great things about Go Hotel Herlev! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful with every question we had regarding the area, sightseeing, transportation etc. The hotel was very quiet and centrally located with a grocery and coffee shop in the small shopping area just a few steps away from the hotel. They even offered us the use of a flat iron hair styler when mine stopped working until I could find a replacement. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel which made it convenient for all of our sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!!
