Positive: Jumel, was the best in all around, took care of us in all our requests and needs while we stayed in the hotel. This was a 5 star hotel In every way.

Negative: It was in a location that was behind a hardware store. Once found, never wanted to leave.

Positive: The staff, facilities and food were all incredible. We had dinner here both nights and we couldn’t recommend enough. It is the perfect oasis to unwind. The staff could not have been any better, so lovely!!!

Negative: The location is slightly out of town, but we used the two nights as relaxation. We booked the underground tour through the hotel and they were able to organise taxis for us. Very helpful staff!

Positive: The hotel is very comfortable and beautiful. The room are decorated with taste, extremely clean and the swiming pool area is gorgeous and great for chilling. All of our needs were answered, and the whole staff made our stay very pleasant. Organizing our pick up from the airport and our transport for the next day seamlessly. We could not recommend enough this hotel.

Negative: We wish we would have stayed longer !
