Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: This property is great for families. Superb location. Spacious property with plenty to do. The house was clean and in a lovely quiet location. Staff were a phone call away if needed and were extremely helpful. We initially couldn't find the cutlery. A short phone call to the property team and everything was sorted. More human error on our part to be fair!! Lol. Plenty of instructions and tips on how to have a great stay. Day two and we had no hot water. Another phone call and another speedy response. Excellent service. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property.

Negative: The instructions for the hot tub stated not to adjust the temperature at any time. That's fine. But the hot tub was cleaned in the middle of our stay and left at 32 degrees meaning it was too cold for us to use until the following evening. This is our only criticism though.
