Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood felt very safe, and there's a large shopping center and parking garage just a short walk away, which was very convenient. The playground nearby was great fun — even our older kids enjoyed it. The apartment itself is in a beautiful historic building, full of character. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. Highly recommend!

Positive: There are two bathrooms available 👍 All the cutleries were clean and all the pots and pans were of decent condition. They also had board games in the room (mostly for kids). The apartment is also walkable to a mall. There's also an Asian supermarket nearby.
Negative: One of the stove wasn't working (but that's alright for us, since we didn't cook much, just instant noodles). The walls that didn't have wallpaper on it were quite dirty. There was a bathtub in one of the bathrooms but the host didn't prepare floor/bathroom mats and there was nothing we could do to wipe the water on the floor after coming out of the tub. I asked the host about it, but received no answer so we just decided not to use the bathtub anymore to prevent wet floors.

Positive: Key box was fine but I couldn't see, on the information, anywhere to point us to which apartment it was? Maybe I missed it but we all checked and couldn't find the apartment number or directions. Luckily it was the first one I tried. First on the left as you go in on the ground floor for any other travellers! :-)
Negative: 1. WiFi was poor but I wasn't too bothered. 2. Really could do with a shower curtain or screen in the main bathroom 3. The 2nd bedroom (the ensuite one) could do with some storage - even a couple of shelves. None of these little factors really were important though - we loved the place and would stay again!
Summary: Wonderful place & location, easy travel all over Berlin; two stations nearby (U and S) and buses.
