Positive: Location is near a beach and during shells season, very easy to catch some property provided tools and bucket pool on property very large room with kitchen, with pots, pans, plates large bathroom and small balcony spa tub in the room parking in front area is convenient Owner lady was very nice and helpful
Negative: Everything had an extra cost! I booked room with spa tub, but to use it, an extra cost of almost 20 dollars more to use it (water fee) tools to catch shells also cost BBQ use also cost pool was not opened its a pension, so need to clean the room and take out the trash when checking out
Summary: Good to stay for a family, maybe too big for a couple
