Positive: Excellent five star hotel within the national park. Only a few minutes drive to the recreation area. Liked the fact that in Taiwan no-one “reserves” their parasol at the pool.
Negative: Some of the staff’s English could be better. Most spoke perfectly understandable English, though.
Summary: Excellent hotel, facilities and friendly staff within the national park

Positive: Beautiful hotel with amazing views from the garden and outdoor pool. Comfy room and helpful staff. We had our car so did not use the shuttle service, but found the location perfect for exploring the Kenting area. Food-wise, dinner was surprisingly good, and breakfast consisted of 6 set menus we could choose from - just wish we could have stayed longer to try them all!
Negative: Hot drinks options at breakfast were a bit limited. The fitness room only had 2 treadmills, one elliptical machine and no weights so imo this hardly qualifies as a proper gym
Summary: Great stay in Kenting

Positive: Really nice hotel with a great view. Very friendly and supportive staff. The shuttle service into the town was great. Breakfast was good, but more selection or partial buffet would be great.
Negative: Unfortunately the bar was closing very early. Even on New Year’s Eve they had no longer opening hours to have a drink. Also the shuttle serves was not extended.
Summary: Great relaxing stay.
