Positive: The location was ideal for skiing since it the ski areas were 20-60 mins drive. And another bonus was the staffs were able to communicate in English.
Negative: Breakfast was decent, but perhaps add 1-2 more hot dish varieties. Suggest a clothing rack to hang wet towels and washed garments.
Summary: A short but sweet stay. Definitely wish we had more time and stay longer.

Positive: Quick and easy check in. Very nice onsen.
Negative: It didn't snow.... Futons were a little stiff, but that's normal. I've only ever been to one hotel that had perfect futons...

Positive: Clean, well run, friendly team.. Stunningly beautiful location surrounded by hills, trees and lake. Onsen was. Well looked after and also had a great sauna. Autumn colours were amazing. Beautiful viewpoint nearby.
Negative: Nothing comes to mind.

Positive: The staff were amazing. When booking we didn't realize just how far out of the way it was. But upon leaving they drove us what would have taken over an hour to walk to the bus stop to get to where we needed to go. Thanks again for everything and I hope to visit again someday
