Positive: Facilities were super nice. Pool was super luxurious common areas were super clean and amazing. Check-in was relatively easy if you’re good with technology and convenient as well. Aesthetics of the building were beautiful.

Negative: It’s a little bit further away from the main things to do downtown, but not too far. The bedding was obviously not cleaned. Well there was small hairs on the bedding and a smell. I washed myself. No one ever came with bedding like they said they would. Communication with the property was really hard.

Positive: The view from the building is 2nd to none in Phoenix. Had a panoramic view of the city from the roof. Gym was well equipped. There was a street fair a few blocks down, and lots of good restaurants in walking distance once the sun went down.

Negative: Instructions on how to get keys could have been clearer. Email indicates to use last X digits as the access code to lock box, however, since the stay was made through booking there are actually 2 sets of numbers that one receives, and it took awhile to figure out that the email is referencing the first set. All in all, not quite as "white gloved" as one expects for a hotel (though this is more air bnb).

Positive: Apartment, private parking garage, gym, pool all is great

Negative: 1) It's complete self-check in and check-out, no issue about that, but it was difficult to get inside the building itself. As it's private apartments and there is nobody at reception desk, I had to wait for someone to enter the building in order to get in too (apartment has a lock with the keys on the door 2) Other thing is that if you are going to order something while staying there, delivery service will have troubles to get in too, and once they get in they will put it into parcel lockers, you need to make sure you indicate your apartment number, because I made an order before arrival and did not know my apartment number, I though address and my name would be enough, but it turned out that my parcel was put into the locked under other person name and apartment, and he or she collected my parcel, literally it was stolen, for which I have filed a police report, it's been a month, so far nothing. Other than that, all is great
