Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and General Manager [Mr Tahir and Mr Shoaib and Mr Aakash], our names were mentioned on the board, and we were upgraded to the Paradise Suite. Positive: really enjoyed my stay at hotel ginger palace. The rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious, and the overall experience was very pleasant. A special mention to mr tahir and akash from the restaurant—her service was outstanding, polite, and always with a smile. He made us feel truly welcomed. Would definitely love to stay here again.
