Positive: Room was clean, well supplied with toiletries and good selection of teas and coffees.

Negative: Had to ask for a remote, cup was cracked both replaced quickly, screw missing on window latch handle and from toilet roll holder. Stayed previously and the room then was of a higher standard.

Positive: Relaxing. Informal and in the centre of the village. Great food, live music and located across the road from the boat to Garinish Island. Friendly helpful staff. Modern decor and lovely spacious room. Convenient parking. Great stay. Beautiful place. Will definitely return.

Positive: Everything. The staff was wonderful, the location was great. The room was comfortable. The parking was excellent. The beds were comfortable.

Negative: This is relevant to the restaurant and would appreciate you passing this on to the restaurant manager: We were for adults that ate and none of us enjoyed our lunch. Open prawn sandwich: was extremely disappointing. Advertised as tiger prawns and they were 9 small prawns, no favour, no sauce. This plate was extremely over priced at 16 Euro. Roast beef dinner plate, looked visually unappealing, the roast beef was grey, the gravy was bad, the veg was flavourless and looked like it had been thrown on the plate. The panini sandwich, was nothing special at all. The chick pea salad was so bad that the diner refused to eat it. The taste was awful. We think it’s important to mention this as in typical Irish culture no one said anything when the waitress asked if everything was ok, but of you are not made aware, you could never know. I will say that the breakfast in the morning was lovely and was offered complimentary. We had a full Irish breakfast and it was really nice. The wait staff was fabulous as well. The restaurant was clean and everything was well presented.
