Positive: location was close to major stores for grocery shopping with easy access to the 101 and 17 to get to the ball diamonds in Fontain Hills and Mesa. Enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood and meeting some of the neighbours. The Deer Valley area is very quiet. This location met our needs for our group of 4 adults and 2 children as we attended our grandson's baseball tournament.

Negative: A few suggestions to make further guests feel comfortable and make their experience a positive stay. On the right sink, Hot tap in the master bedroom is leaking as is the right tap (not as much but should have washer or cartridge replaced. Garbage and recycling day has been changed to Friday from Thursday. Please have all the sprinklers turn on times to come on during the night or early morning - on Monday, they came on at 1:40pm when we were sitting on the grass - humours experiences but were unexpected. A pair of oven mitts in the kitchen would help with removing hot items from the stove/ After the sprinklers came on, there was pooling of water on the grass that borders the paving stone leading the pool - not sure if it's just slow soaking in or if there might be a leak in the water line or sprinkler head - worth checking out.

Summary: The property met our needs, and we would utilize this location in the future.
