Positive: Location is very good, and the structure is pretty new.

Negative: Cold air was entering the windows (not well isolated), inexistent service and cleaning in 5 days of staying, not changing of towels or bed sheets, garbage removal or washing floors.

Positive: Clean Modern Good WiFi Close to noy factory and downtown

Negative: Difficult to find the entrance but the local people of yerevan was nice enough to help. The building entrance is the door up the street stairs and requires a code to enter. Poor communication from host.

Positive: It is our second time here. We are again very satisfied. It is small hotel of 4 rooms. Very affordable prices. Just be aware they do not have room/clean service during your stay. At other point you have your privacy. We like it!
