Positive: Has a great country feel and fantastic bar/ restaurant area.

Negative: When asking for the bar menu at 450pm and told that the kitchen can’t provide any food as it was Valentine’s Day. And there was a set menu for dinner only. We had had a couple of drinks and couldn’t drive into town for something to eat. When we then pushed requirements of the business about the service of food and alcohol suddenly we could order something to eat . We we thanked the waitress as she took our order she had her back turned to us and walked off before saying no problem just loud enough for us to hear . Same for when she placed the food at the table.

Summary: Nice facilities, more training needed for certain staff.

Positive: Breakfast was good. Dinner was excellent. Wine was limited but pleasant.. Accomodation was a little dated but pleasant

Negative: Water temperature in the shower varied quite a bit. Steps up to the first floor was a bit of a struggle with a heavy suitcase
