Positive: Quiet and spacious.

Negative: No towels until morning after arrival. No user instructions for heating - was unable to turn off on first night. Toilets did not flush properly - multiple flushes required. Uncleared ‘litter’ in one bedroom, crisp packets left by previous guests, freezer not fully cleared out. Contact with property manager difficult - request for laundry bags not responded to. ‘Fake widow’ spiders by front door and next to key lock box, which present a bite risk.

Summary: Comfortable and enjoyable despite problems listed above.

Positive: The house was very spacious and clean, it had everything we needed, the location was excellent. The people who managed the house were very helpful and friendly, the came to the house with 30min to deal with some queries we had.
