Summary: Enjoyed the stay,clean and comfy room.Staff friendly and very helpful..Only small issue was toilet seat had big crack in it that maintenance could sort...Eggs for eggs benedict were over cooked..2 small issues but everything else was very good...

Summary: Our room was in need of repair and maintenance. We were surprised that this hotel is considered a three star hotel. Housekeeping was the real let down, we continually had to request items from the front desk, that a quality housekeeping team would have noticed were missing from the room. And the overall performance of housekeeping was poor, leaving drink cans and dirty glasses in our room. It was a large number of small accumulative details that let the Glashaus down. We won't stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Summary: Room was clean - lovely big corner family room with great view. The shower had broken when we had arrived and Debbie was very quick at relocating us to another room where the shower was lovely and powerful. We had breakfast both mornings in the restaurant - which is cooked to order. Tram stop right outside hotel which takes you into the heart of Dublin so very convenient.
