Positive: Staff great and room service food was very convenient and tasty.

Negative: Unfortunately, I didn't find area safe coming in at night, and alot thugs hanging around ready to rob you. Myself and mother nearly got robbed outside as two thugs came on top of us, but thankfully, they backed off off. We were almost at the hotel entrance when this happened. Lovely hotel has stayed many times, but this experience has put me off staying in the future. We were visiting family just outside area so was ideal place to stay.

Summary: Hotel great, area unsafe beware!

Negative: The heating system didn't work. It was cold in the room. I said at the reception, the hotel receptionist came something pressed on the panel, but it never started to warm up.

Positive: A very clean and welcoming hotel, the ideal place to stay if you'd prefer to be out of the hustle and bustle of busy central Dublin, but still experience all the city has to offer. The Tallaght Red Line tram stop is right outside the hotel and can take you into the centre in less than 45 minutes, with stops along the way for the Guinness Storehouse, Irish Museum, Kilmainham Goal and other must see attractions in Dublin. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very helpful with any queries and whatnot.

Summary: A welcome retreat on the outskirts of the city.
