Summary: Generally satisfied with my stay. Room was clean but lacked basic amenity such a water. A complimentary water bottle would’ve been nice. Breakfast was good and even had a pancake station. Staff were friendly.

Summary: The staff was AMAZING. I cannot stress that any deduction was not due to anyone who worked there… However, the hallway had almost a permanent damp smell, and the air conditioner seemed to do nothing especially since it seemed like the heating was on everywhere else, and the pillows offered little to no support so the sleep was not great. Even with the windows open at night was not a great help. Would be tempted to stay again because of the staff and location…but would have serious doubts due to the other issues.

Summary: A lovely place, fabulous room, wonderfully convenient in terms of the city centre....shame one of the lifts was out of action on Sunday causing a back log queuing for the them. Also not a fan of having to pay additionally for the parking.

Summary: Nice hotel, great food. Mattresses very hard but was made aware of the availability of a mattress topper when I check out. Attractions spread out, so location requires transportation to sites.

Summary: The hotel was brilliant. Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was also well maintained and the changing rooms cleaned regularly. There was a lovely breakfast with a huge choice. In fact I think it had the biggest food selection I have seen! The only problem was finding the carpark. Better directions would help especially pointing out that the Car park continued round the back. We will definitely return.

Summary: Upon arriving, we were thrilled to discover that our room was ready early for check-in. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and provided maps, along with helpful tips, so we could more easily navigate the city. It was conveniently located near the rail station and we really liked that there was a restaurant and bar on the premises. Our room was well stocked and clean.
