Positive: Conveniently located, easy to find, with simple, straightforward and quick check in! Simple room with lots of space, spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and bedding was crisp and fresh and very comfortable and cosy too! All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my bags there safely when I checked out, so I could collect later. Excellent value too! Glasgow House was perfect for my stay. Thank you!

Positive: The location is fantastic, it's very close to the botanic gardens, several nice restaurants as well as the subway line to easily get into the city centre. The staff was also very nice and did a good job with cleaning and general room service.

Negative: The room was rather small, so that there was very little space to put anything. If you don't plan to stay in for your whole stay, that shouldn't be an issue though.

Negative: No visitors as a result we had to make alternate babysitting arrangements as we were going to a show on the Saturday evening
