Positive: The location was perfect. The staff were brilliant and most helpful! The room itself was clean.

Negative: The room was very small and there was no window (which was not shown in the description) looking out, so i found it really claustrophobic. The lack of window really MUST be put in the description, because it really was hard to cope ... certainly if I arrived in the afternoon I would have asked to be moved out.

Positive: A great location, right in the middle of the shopping strip. The walk from the main bus station is just over 10 minutes, but it is suitcase friendly. (I was solo with a huge suitcase.) Elevator is handy for those with luggage. Modern bathroom, great wifi. My room was also ready an hour early which was great! I managed to find room on the floor for my 1 suitcase but 2 would be squishy. Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Negative: As the room had no air conditioning it was nice to leave a window open, but this meant hearing all the other people with their windows open too. Not a problem if your neighbours are quiet, and night times were okay with window closed and the ceiling fan going, only got woken up once from neighbour noise.

Summary: Perfect for a short trip, safe for solo travellers, and suitcase friendly!

Positive: The apartment was clean & tidy, location very central and really convenient. It was really helpful that hotel staff contacted in advance for an late check-in, all was very smooth.

Negative: It is quite difficult situation in the city with parking The apartment was really small. The leg of one of the beds was broken, so we had to sleep in one. The bathroom handle was broken, and needs repair. And there was no fresh air in the room, it really needed some ventilation. La
