Positive: Friendly staff were supportive and ready to accommodate. Many activities for the kids to do, in a beautiful natural setting. Nothing to complain about, really.

Negative: I had no complaints. I wish the massive slide was open, but due to a snow storm they had temporarily shut it down.

Positive: The cottages are beautifully located in the mountains with breathtaking view. We we were warm welcomed, the food was amazing including fresh fish from the lake. The host is a fantastic piano player and listening to him playing on his piano with this amazing scenery while having tea time will stay in our memories forever.
