Positive: The property was amazing! Pool was nice and clean, there’s a hot tub available for reservation, the common area was always clean.
Negative: My girlfriend and I stayed in the deluxe bungalow and it was very nice. My girlfriend loved it. Everything was great about the deluxe bungalow except the shower had a leak at the base and water leaked out of the shower to the toilet area, I think they fixed it after the first day without us mentioning to them. Amazing. Another minor complaint I had was during the rain, there was a loud, highly annoying water drip on the roof of the bungalow. It is was just the sound of rain, I would’ve enjoyed it as I like the sound of rain. But it was a loud dripping sound of large water droplets. My girlfriend didn’t notice at all but I did. It kept me up most of the night. In the morning, I looked outside to check what could’ve caused the dripping sound on the roof and there were two skinny palm trees that had their leaves slightly hanging above the roof. Water must’ve been dripping from those leaves onto the roof or something. So annoying, as I hear little things like when I sleep. Anyway, my girlfriend was happy so that’s all that matters ;)
Summary: Amazing place, happy girlfriend, slightly annoying water dripping from palm tree leaves on the roof when it rained

Positive: the place is gorgeous, in the middle of the national park, very close to the activities. Staff was wonderful and attentive to our needs. We really like the experience.
Negative: The restaurant didn't have many options on the menu, and you had to choose ahead of the time. Food was ok, but not amazing. Breakfast was really good though.
Summary: I will recommend and come back soon!
