Positive: The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The food was tasty. The hotel itself and all the facilities are clean and beautiful.

Negative: Sometimes the air conditioning in the room just stops working, before reaching the set temperature.

Positive: Our stay in this hotel was a wonderful experience. Evrything in the hotel was clean and tidy. The breakfast was a buffet and had a good variety of items. The spa area was wonderful. The service and the people working at the hotel were all super nice and helpful. There is also a bus station right outside the hotel with 3 lines passing through that can take you to the city center in a 15 min bus ride so you don't even need taxis or to rent a car. Special thanks to Plamin for making our anniversary memorable and for his wonderful spirit.
